Current Contact Information... It is very important that we have a current address and telephone number on your account. We cannot accept address changes over the telephone.  

PLEASE NOTE: Since email messages from members may trigger numerous regulatory responsibilities, including processing credit card applications, notification of billing errors, notification of EFT errors, response to written requests, response to requests for additional disclosures, and/or cancellation of any services offered by Aeroquip Credit Union, the following guidelines for the processing and retention of email communications are in place:

• An Aeroquip Credit Union representative will be in contact with a member within two (2) business days of receiving an email.
  

• All emails from members will be stored using the same record retention policy used for paper based files and will be accessible by referencing the date sent.
